Abraham was called the "Friend of God". This is one of the greatest descriptions or titles one could ever be given. God is also our greatest friend and there is a real and tangible prize to gain if we will serve Him and endure until the end. Jesus is a friend who sticks closer than a brother and always is there with us in the valley or on the mountaintops of our life.
