111 Commentaries on the Gospel of Matthew, Philippians and 1 & 2 Peter

This website contains a commentary along with introductory articles, on the Gospel of Matthew. The Gospel of Matthew contains an account of the life of Jesus Christ, Who is truly God, and truly man, Who came into the world in order to establish God’s Kingly Rule (the Kingdom of God/Heaven) over men’s lives. Beginning from His birth, and even before His birth, it goes on to declare to us Who He was, what He taught, the many wonderful things that He did, and above all the story of how He died for us on a cross, and then rose again from the dead in order to be crowned as King in Heaven, from where He now empowers His followers in order that they may take the Good News about Him and what He has done, to all who will hear, in preparation for His second coming in glory as King, Saviour and Judge.

It also contains a commentary on Philippians and one on 1 & 2 Peter. Philippians presents us with a clear dec1aration of the divinity of Jesus Christ, and calls on us to become united with Him in His death and resurrection,1 Peter was written to the churches of Asia Minor by Peter and lays unusual emphasis on the sufferings of Christ. 2 Peter brings out the power and coming of Jesus Christ and leads into the new heaven and the new earth.
