Bio and martial arts background At the age of 6 Jacky was sent to the Beijing Wushu Academy by his father and grandmother who were also martial artists. Being an excellent student, he was spotted in 1995 by Yuen Woo-Ping himself. This lead to Jacky's part in Tai Chi 2. Since then Jacky and Woo-Ping worked together various times. His skills, good looks and being a pleasant colleague made him a popular action star. His part as a bad guy in Sha po Lang caused many jaws to drop to the ground. Combining his martial arts skills, athletic skills and acting capabilities might make this man the new action star appearing with the likes of Donnie Yen and Samo Hung.  In time he will be a star in Hollywood and make his own movies.
