Bio and martial arts background Born February 12, 1947. Voyo is a huge man whose appearances will always attract attention. Voyo is also a skilled fighter. He mainly appears in action movies as a thug, soldier, or something like a tough guy. Voyo can easily be recognized in 3 movies with Jean Claude van Damme. One of his biggest roles was as the villainous armyman Sgt. Hartog with the heart at the right spot in Wrong Bet. In Balance of Power he gets to show more fighting skills besides the likes of James Lew and Billy Blanks.
