Ray is a good fighter and stuntman who got the opportunity to work with Steven Seagal twice. Unfortunately he only got to be typecast as a background bad guy in a few notable films, but fans of the genre will remember him for his short fight with James Lew and Leo Lee versus Jeff Speakman in The Perfect Weapon, which is one of the best action films.
