Stijn is an intelligent young man. He studies Architectury at the University of Eindhoven. Stijn is also a great all-round athlete and sportsman. He did a lot of swimming, which gave him his muscular posture. He's also a great climber. Since a few years Stijn is a member of the gymnastics group SUCA in Eindhoven, where he learned a lot of basic stunts and acrobatics. With his friends of SUCA he does a lot of sailing and snowboarding. Stijn is also a good martial artist. In his younger years he practised Judo for a long time and has a blue belt.
In 2004 Stijn had his first acting role in A Joint Venture, alongside his co-gymnasts Johan Aders, Marijke Franken, Rudi van der Steen and Munif Bahasoean.
