Pinoy travels to the US and hopes to escape his past full of violence. There he saves Jesse who is in the middle of a gang war. Jesse takes care of Pinoy in his family. Pinoy becomes their friend and teacher.
Pinoy and the family, all great martial artists will have to fight one more time when the dangerous Crazy Dragons are sent to kill them.

The story is very simple, and the acting is terrible. Only Shishir Inocalla gives a good performance, and Corin Nemec is hilarious as the stressed satiric Hitler.
The fights however are well done. A lot of one-on-one fights, group fights and acrobatics. Those were good too.
