Liu is on a mission to catch a drug lord. Liu almosts get killed when his French chief turns out to be the connection and barely escapes with a video tape of what really happened. Liu also meets Jessica, who worked for the chief as a hooker and whose daughter has been kidnapped to force her to work as a hooker.
Liu will now try to prove his innocence, while protecting Jessica and rescueing her daughter.

A good combination. French action movies with Hong Kong martial arts. The movie is not 100% Hong Kong and Wire-Fu, as in the awful The One. There's a nice story, some good acting, and the action with Jet Li and the two twins deserves very much credit.
With movies such as these, Crimson Rivers and Brotherhood of the Wolf, the action genre has a good chance of becoming more and more popular than ever.
