Jake's older brother is killed by Khan. Khan makes snuff martial atrs movies, where the opponents really die. Later, Jake becomes a great martial artist and a cop. When he discovers Khan's whereabouts, he infiltrates Khan's gang, to eventually face Khan in a real movie, where on will die.
There where part one was the best, and 2 and 3 became less, this part picks up. The story is a little more rough, so is the action. The acting ain't much better, but Keith Cooke and Billy Blank make this movie just a little better. The fights are great.
