My thoughts
The movie lacked the cynical atmosphere of the first 3 movies. Even though part 2 was realy weird, it did have the atmosphere.
But it isn't a bad movie. The story was nice, different. They put some new elements in it and the fight between Connor and Duncan is legendary.
It wasn't a martial arts movie, but the few action scenes were worth watching, thanks to Adrian Paul, Donnie Yen and the main doubles: John Medlen and Christopher Leps, who previously worked together on WMAC-Masters and Mortal Kombat: Conquest.
A good and original ending, but not the ending of the series. |
