Story
Tommy is now a martial atrs instructor for the police and has a daughter.
When Tommy coincidentally gets his hand on a disc with facts about a Russian crime organization, they go to kill Tommy but kidnap his daughter first.
Tommy,.who wasn't looking for a fight, now thrusts nobody and goes after the organization alone. |

My thoughts
A cool sequel. Not that it is much better, but it is almost just as good as part 3. Which is rare for martial arts series. Remember Bloodsport and Karate Kid?
Phil does good as actor, writer and director. The bad guys just got worse and thank God, there are more stunt guys this time. You can see that Phil is a little older, but he does give us some cool fights, also by the sword.
Again, Simon Rhee is the stunt coordinator. A damn good one...... |
