Sihung is a great fighter and wins from Kent's champion. Kent wants revenge and even cheats and eventually kills Sihung's trainer. Sihung can do no more than step into the ring to face Kent's new champion Bikin and eventually Kent himself.
This movie has nothing in common with part 1. The only difference is that there is worse acting and more overacting with bad dubbing. On the other hands, the training scenes and actually every fight was great!! It was good to see a young Robin Shou.
The last 2 fights make this whole movie a great (bad) action film.
