Sgt. Duke Ransom forms a team out of prisoners to take on a terrorist. They are difficult people, but after a hard training they must be able to do the job.
For if they fail, the Sgt. loses his job, and his men lose their lives.

This movie is obviously low-budget, but it does not try to be more than it is. And it does offer some nice moments. A cameo by Lady Rothrock and some nice character development.
They didn't pay to get top actors, but the actors in this movie did manage to show some nice acting.
There also weren't many fights, but the few fights were very nice. Especially the ones by the superkicker Clay Barber.
