My thoughts
This is a fun movie. Much overacting, more cliches, but it is very entertaining and the action, mainly the ones in the temple are beautiful and convincing.
Drew Reese does a good job, even though it is obvious that he's doubled in several scenes. Cliff Lenderman is great!!!! Further they made a good choise by picking good actors who can fight instead of fighters who can act. The character development is fun and provides a good story.
Watch the perfectly choreographed Wushu scenes when the guys are training. This is not a Karate Kid clone or Bloodsport clone, but a cool movie with a great endfight. |
