Emil is a new, young and talented star, stuntman, martial artist and actor. Already at the age of 5 after watching a Bruce Lee-movie, he knew he wanted to be a martial artist too. Emil was lucky enough to meet Bruce's brother, Robert Lee an eventually Emil started taking lessons in Jeet Kune Do. Emil has now met and trained with the likes of Dan Inosanto and Clive McKenzie and is an instructor himself.
However, being a JKD admirer and practisioner, Emil had already been training in Tae Kwon Do since the age of 3 in the WTF system. He started under his uncle Armen Martirossian who is a 7th degree black belt. Emil himself has a 5th degree black belt. Emil also trains in the ITF system in which he has a 1st degree black belt. Emil is a great competitor with many champion titles under his name.

Emil trained in many more martial arts styles. Some are Hung Gar Kung Fu, 5 Animal Style, Choy Li Fut, Jiu-Jitsu, Western boxing, and various weapons such as the nunchaku and double sticks. For this, Emil trained with Walter Johnson, known as "The Doctor". Emil is also highly skilled Thai-boxing, Filipino knife-fighting, streetfighting and Chinese Kickboxing. Emil cobines his fantastic kicking skills with Wing Chun for punching and he is trained in unarmed combat with the Royal Marine Commandos.
Emil can be seen in various movies, mostly as an extra or martial artist, but his full time job is that of a martial arts instructor. With over 24 years of experience, appearing on many martial arts covers and being a columnist for Top Martial Arts Magazine World Wide Emil can be considered one of the best martial artists of this time.
