Bio and martial arts background

Stan began his training in 1982 after seeing a befriended martial artist kicking the @$$es of 5 troubleseekers. He began with Budo Kai, but soon switched to Kickboxing. Stan turned out to be very talented. He would have his first amateur fight in 1983. In the next years, after winning various tournaments, Stan became popular and gained more fame as "The Man". After winning two Australian Amateur titles, Stan went pro in 1987.

Later, Stan went to train in the US and fought in shows were the like of Dino Homsey and Maurice Smith would fight. It was there that Stan was discovered and asked to train further at The Jet Centre. There he would train hard and win US and North American titles. Stan would challenge reigning champions and become one himself.

Stan travels the world and worked a lot in Greece, Europe. He formed the Olympic Kickboxing Association and helps other new talents. Recently, he coached his brother George 'The Iron Lion' Longinidis at fighing tournaments.

Stan also appears in various movies as a fighter. Some movies were with Don 'The Dragon' Wilson. Stan had his first major lead role in Trojan Warrior.
