Gavin always had artistic blood running through his vains and making movies is what he was destined to do. As a student, he'd act in student productions while studying part time in stills photography. Gavin would continue and study Law, but stopped in six months and returned to his first love: movies.
After having his first acting job in 1989, Gavin would sell all he had and moved to the US to study Film at the University of California in Los Angeles.
Since then, Gavin has appeared in various movies. He shows his athletic skills and martial arts capacities in movies such as Shadowchaser 2 and Kickboxer 5 appearing with the likes of Mark Dacascos and Bryan Genesse. But most recently, Gavin focussed on making movies as a director, producer and writer. His movies are often concerning about moral ethics and values.
