Fredia was already very athletic at school and was a professional basketball player with a scholarship in basketball and track. That was in Germany. Later she moved to North Hollywood, California in 1990 and started with Kickboxing. Now she is a former 3 Time Kickboxing World Champion. In that time she gained the nickname: The Most Dangerous Woman of the World. She is also the first African-American Kickboxing Champion. She still holds a 16-0 record with 15 KO's. After this she decided to dominate the world of boxing as well.
Fredia also made the step to the big screen with 2 acting appearances. This woman is obviously goo in everything she sets her mind to.
