George began his martial arts training at the age of 12 under Ernie Reyes Sr. and received his black belt at the age of 15. Besides Tae Kwon Do, george is also skilled in Arnis, Shorin Ryu and Wushu. George is also good in handling weapons.
Being able to throw 5 kicks in one second, George amazed many judges and made it to Ernie Reyes Sr.'s West Coast Demo Team. From 1979 to -83 George dominated the musical forms in tournaments. At the age of 23, George stopped competing and opened a school near San Fransisco.

George also founded Summit International Pictures. His company produces several movies. George is now also an actor and stuntman, but mainly produces and writes movies and series.
