| The Vancouver Hornets selected 6 players in this year's entry draft. They are as follows: 1. Radek Gardon (Vitkovice, Czech.) 8. Lukas Hvila (Zvolen, Slovakia) 20. Adam Calder (Port Hope, ON) 21. Tuukka Mantyla (Bergen, Norway) 31. Tibor Visnovsky (Kosice, Slovakia) 41. Robin Bacul (Brno, Czech.) They selected 2 defensemen, 1 left winger, right winger, centre and goaltender. Gardon is expected to make the lineup within 2 season, Hvila within 3, and the others should be in the pros by their mid-20's. |
