WELCOME! I used the title "A Sailor For The Savior" for over six years as an outreach to our service men and women. Even though I have retired from the military (thus requiring the name change to the website), I strive to serve Jesus more than ever, especially in these spiritually charged last days. My burden for sharing the gospel with the lost, especially those in the service, is stronger now than it was while on active duty; I am still a soldier in the Lord's army! My prayer is that you will encouraged and find a closer relationship with God.

James 5:16 With wars and rumors of wars, disasters, disease, and political unrest all over the world, we need to be in prayer all the more as we are in the last days. Continue to pray for and support our troops overseas. God Bless America!

"AND HE SAID UNTO THEM, GO YE INTO ALL THE WORLD,
AND PREACH THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE."
Mark 16:15

I first joined the military in 1985. After growing up in a good, loving family in West Virginia, I sought out my pleasures in anything but the salvation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After completing a Navy school at Great Lakes, Illinois, a man sat down and shared with me the glorious gospel of Christ; I was then baptized in His precious name to wash away my sins. Later on, I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost. I have served on four ships, done numerous deployments, and seen many countries; through it all I give God praise and thanks for bringing me through safe, saved, and dedicated!

During the years I have served in the military, God has blessed me with some interesting duty stations and also awards reflecting my testimony of faithfulness - to Him first, and then to my country. As you read through these pages, there are accounts of how God brought me through various issues of life: deployments, family crises, church problems, even backsliding and restoration. This is not by any means a glorious "this is my life" story...it is God who gets all the credit. My prayer is that you will be blessed by every facet this humble site has to offer in Jesus' name.
