So just let me tell you about myself. I'm from South Jersey. And I've had a deep fascination with pop music since I was a kid, which continues today as strong as ever. These days, I express myself musically on the guitar, singing, and songwriting. The love for solo/acoustic performance was something I discovered years ago, like many others, at "open-mic night". I'm still exploring the same passion of performance today, playing onstage with my guitar at favorite local spots. And I've managed to find a home for myself on the "periphery" of the Philadelphia-area music scene. For me, music is fun and a labor of love. Whether singing a heartfelt folk ballad or a silly pop song, I just like to play, and it's nice when folks want to listen. My original music is rhythmic and melodic, influenced by popular rock and the likes of the Beatles, as well as today's singer/songwriters. The themes and moods range from cynical to inspirational, from deep and spiritual to lightweight and superficial, from expressions of desire and yearning to simple celebrations of the mundane and the humorous sides of life. I'm a sucker for a good hook, too. My style has been described as passionate, but very...digestible. It's my hope when I feel the emotion in a song, that the audience does, too. If you're interested in finding out what I mean, I can currently be found playing my eclectic style of acoustic music around my hometown of Haddon Twp., NJ and elsewhere. I'm a big FAN of the Philadelphia-area music scene, too, so maybe our paths will cross at a show. As always, I'll follow my muse where she takes me.
