I traded my worthless Dan Armstrong guitar and my epi ES 295! I really wish I didn't do that, but I was never gonna play the gold top! RIP 2000

63. Gibson Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Wine red/brown: I traded the Bo Diddley and Washburn J15, 38 cd's and $850! It has a tremolo and it's very nice and the first ALL AMERICAN GUITAR in years! So in total, it was about $3900 which retails at $4756! Traded it for a bass! SOLD 2000

64. Epiphone Flamekat: Pretty cool git! I paid about $730 for it with no case, but I got a case at rippers for 20 bucks! I tried to get this guitar last year, but a catalog advertised it and they didn't even have it. So I finally got it and I think it's pretty cool. It's the guitar I play instead of the Chet Atkins! I don't even wanna play that! with the additions of every guitar I have gotten and spent money on it came out to $4508 which the guitar is worth $4756 and I spent $850 which in turn made my guitars worth $3658. The washburn was $1800 and the gretsch was $470 Currently record with this guitar! RIP 2000

65. Rickenbacker 610 jetglo 1992 feb: #342 I got this for $650 + gig bag! 2 single coil pu sounds pretty good! My first ric! My ode to the Beatles!!! I recorded with this guitar! This had a set neck! RIP 2000

74. Gibson Les Paul Special dc cherry: Traded the Fender telesonic at Mars! This tele's pickups weren't hot enough. the les paul special has hotter pu's and i think they are P-90's because they are hotter than the ric's pu's and they are single coil! Haven't had a gibson in awhile and it's $500. Pretty damn good price! RETURN 2000

75. Gibson Les Paul Special TV yellow: Traded the epiphone flamekat and ric for it! I think this was a good trade! I didn't really play the flamekat at all and the pickups pretty much sucked! Subject: RE: serial number identification

Hello,
The individual digits themselves do not indicate any specific information about the guitar, as the serial number does not follow the serial number configuration adopted by the Custom Shop shortly after the beginning of the Historic Collection. Thanks again!!

The serial number is consistent with models made in 1992 and can also be from 2002. The first zero is representative of the year 1960. The serial number was not located in our data base so I am unable to determine the exact year.

125. Epiphone G-210 Batwing Strat Tobacco Sunburst: $150 for the guitar, 10 watt amp, tuner, strap, dvd, cable, not bad!! This was an impulse buy! Well, because I've always wanted a Crestwood and I played a Wilshire last year and was blown away! I can't afford either one, so at that time, I wanted to build a coronet with the bat wing! All I needed to do is buy a coronet. Oh well!

126. Gibson Les Paul Special Humbucker Faded black: $699. I traded the Gibson Les Paul Melody Maker faded black which I paid $350 from GC and I traded #125! I paid $50 for a Gibson case and $15 bucks from straplocks! Not bad! It sounds really great to play humbuckers again! I just couldn't play that melody maker after playing the strat for some time! The neck was modeled after a '59 Les Paul and those necks are like baseball bats! Fuck that!

127. 1998 Epiphone Coronet w/Bigsby, 1998, extremely cool looks - good tone - good playability, excellent quality OBL pickups (same as found on many USA models back in the day), 3-way selector plus push/pull volume pot for coil split, vintage look with the classic gull wing 6/side headstock, bound rosewood neck with pearl block inlays, nicely rounded body edges are super comfortable, neck is slightly chunky - not huge but bigger and rounder than your average Gibson. Extremely clean condition, metallic red finish shines like new. This "Coronet with Vibrotone" model listed at $599 back in '98 and is a very cool import for just $275
