Takis grew up in Munich. At a young age he already knew that martial arts were his passion. He trained in Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Thai Boxing.
When he was 28, he'd travel to Los Angeles to work as a perosnal trainers. He'd work with many celebrities. One of those was another martial artist actor Michael Jai White.
Soon landing in the film-business he would fight with and against the likes of Olivier Gruner, J.C. van Damme, and Steven Seagal.
In America he developed a trainingsystem; Q-Power. But after 10 busy years Takis travelled back to Munich. There he fulfilled his dream. To pass on his skills and knowledge at the Munich Gym.
