Bio and martial arts background Born on 13 June 1972 in Wilmington, Delaware. Sifu Ron began his martial arts training in Wing Chun at the age of 10. After training at many places, under many Sifus and learning many styles of Kung Fu, Ron founded one great master; James Allen. In 1994 Ron opened his own school. The styles Ron masters are Shaolin 5 Animals, Shaolin Fist, Drunken Style, Praying Mantis, acobatics and many more skills. Ron is also an actor and worked in some great movies. He was in some of the best martial arts movies ever: Bloodmoon, The Cutoff and Superfights, and worked with legends as Art Camacho, Michael Depasquale Jr. and Cliff Lenderman as an actor, stuntman and coordinator.
