Bio and martial arts background Johnny Smith is a martial arts and self defence expert, who teaches people to survive a real fight on the streets. Johnny himself has over 20 years experience in martial arts. His training started in 1979 with Jiu-Jitsu, Tang Soo Doo Moo Duk Kwan, and Kobayashi Shorin Ryu. He's now a fifth degree black belt and Karate expert and has many titles. Impressive stats: 1995 Member of the United Professionals National Martial Arts Team 1994 First Place at the Battle of Atlanta First Place at the Bluegrass Nationals First Place at the Texas Challenge 1989-94 Alabama State Karate Champion 1982-87 Alabama State Karate Champion Johnny made some appearances on television with some guest parts. His biggest achievements were his lead role on WMAC-Masters and choreographing fights for Batman and Robin. Currently Johnny is the president and chief instructor at his Traid Martial Arts. There he continues teaching Karate and Jiu-Jitsu. He's also an instructor of S.S.G.T. Defensive Tactics. |
