Erik and Sanny are Rick's sons. Rick was a fighting champ, and so were Erik and Sanny. All of them lost interest and dignity and now participate in alleyfights.
A rich guy wants to start a new martial arts tournaments and brings the brothers together. Their enemies are Oriental champs. All very dangerous fighters.
As they will train they will get to know themselves and their enemies. But are the fights really fair and are friends and foes really friends and foes?

The story is not the first excuse for a marial arts tournament. It really is almost the same as Best of the Best 1.
But the fights and choreography are so well done, that the movie is really worth watching.
This movie has Art Camacho, Ron Yuan, Lelagi Togisala, Randall Idieshi and Michael Worth. These guys were together in several movies.
