Storyline
John and Nick are two good guys, able to fight. Nick is tired for working hard, earning little. He leaves John telling him he wants to join illegal fighting tournaments.
Nick turns out a great fighter but doesn't obey Paul Landis, who organizes everything. Vanik, Landis' champion beats up Nick and they hold him hostage.
Meanwhile John is searching for Nick and teams up with an aggressive girlfriend and a (beautiful) reporter.
John finds out that in order to find Nick, he should join the fights, and he does. He starts training heavily and becomes a great fighter, but only to find and rescue his friend. |

My thoughts
Very, very good for an action movie. The story is typical, but if you watch closely, you'll see that the acting is very well done, and the movie isn't aggressive. It's not about revenge and rage, but about friendship.
The cast is very impressive. Some famous lead role fighters, and many unknown fighters. You'll see a lot of different people with different styles.
It's fun to see Hill, Jacklin, Hues, Togisala, Idieshi and Camacho. Some of them teamed up before in several movies. Mainly in Don 'The Dragon' Wilson movies but also others. Look closely and you see that P/M Entertaintment use the same people over and over. |
