Keller and Schrek are sworn enemies. Schrek is a ruthless killer and ends up in jail. Keller, desperate to kill Schrek, sets up a trap that will get him in jail.
In there it seems a Russian man organizes a Kumite to the death, and he wants Schrek and Keller to join.

A really bad movie. The acting sucks. All voices are dubbed and there aren't many cool fighters. Daniel Bernhardt, Stefanos Miltsakakis and David Rowe are ok, but the other fighters aren't impressive.
The only link to the other Bloodsport-movies are Daniel Bernhardt, who has a completely different role, and the name 'kumite'.
