The mysterious penguin arises from the sewers. Cunning as he is, he manages to become the major. Batman discovers his evil plot to take revenge on every citizen for what happened to him in his past.
Now Batman must stop this monster, who is getting more popular every minute.
A very good movie. The acting was near perfect and the dark atmosphere from part one was still present. Good acting, good story and nice action.
Batman Returns is one of those rare sequels that is almost as good as, or better then the original.
