Bio and martial arts background

At the age of 6, Chi and his family fled to the US. There Chi began acting in schoolplays and eventually would study acting. Chi accepted a scholarship at San Fransisco's American Conservatory Theatre.

Chi gained fame as an actor in several movies and series. He is most famous for portraying Wago, alongsides Russell Wong in the martial arts / drama-series Vanishing Son. In the four Vanishing Son movies, Chi showed some nice martial arts and dancing moves. Chi had many appearances in the early 90's,

Chi is a fan of Jet Li and Jackie Chan, but realizes his idols are being typecast. Chi didn't want this to happen to him and succeeded. He appeared in comedies, horror-movies and also wrote and directed his own movie.
