David Leitch is one of the leading stuntmen since 1997. With roles in shows such as Martial Law, Power Rangers, Blade and Walker, Texas Rangers he made name to eventually become the main stunt doubles for the likes of Jean Claude van Damme and Brad Pitt.
Now David can be seen in the biggest productions such as both sequels to The Matrix. Together with co-stuntmen Marcus Young, Chad Stahelski, Brad Martin and Mike Gunther he formed Smashcut. A company responsible for many stunts in some of the greatest movies, and lately also for Motion Capture work for some of the newest video games.
David himself is a good martial artist, skilled in several arts such as: Muay Thai, Shootwrestling, boxing, wrestling, fights, movie fights, and was a national competitor in Kickboxing. Dave is an all-round athlete skilled inmany sports. He practises baseball, basketball and football.
He also had some small roles, but in 2003 he has landed his first lead titular role as Frank Sledge in a movie made with his Smashcut collegues.
