Full name:
- Jeff John Langton
Jeff Langton started training martial arts at the age of 8 at the YMCA and turned out to be very athletic. Jeff's father was a boxer and Jeff followed his footsteps. When he was 13, he joined the Police Athletic League. In High School Jeff went to competing and wanted to be a pro at the age of 18. He mainly focussed on Karate and in 1975 became California State Tae Kwon Do Champion.
In 1989 jeff moved to California and became a stuntman. He would appear in several movies with Sylvester Stallone and Van Damme, and later have more starring roles.
Jeff continues his acting training and still trains martial arts at American Hapkido Karate in Canoga Park, where he also trains world class boxers. Currently Jeff is training Shannon Hall who was on American Gladiators. Jeff also trained with living legend Benny Urquidez.
Jeff also opened his own sports school; Langton Boxing and Martial Arts and lives with his lovely wife Paula.
