Bio and martial arts background

Master Han is the world's most foremost practisioner of Hapkido and is referred to as the Father of Hapkido after studying this fine art for over 55 years. Master Han currently holds a 9th Degree Dan Black Belt. Master Han is a member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame since 1978.

Master Han has trained many militairies and law enforcement agencies besides being a popular instructor and trainer to hundreds of new champions.

Master Han introduced Hapkido in the US in 1967. Hapkido did not get the attention it deserved until Master Han worked as a choreographer in his first movie: Billy Jack in 1971, impressing many with his well choreographed fight sequences.

Since then Master Han is very famous and popular. He wrote many magazines and appeared in several other action movies.
