Bio and martial arts background Dale Cook started training Tae Kwon Do in 1974 at the age of 17. In only 2 years he'd turn out to be a great fighter. Later, Dale would start to add boxing techniques to his traditional Tae Kwon Do skills. Dale'd grow to be a famous kickboxer, and a 5-Time World Champion in Kickboxing. Some of his titles include: WKA Middle Weight World Champion UK Super Middle Weight World Champion Light Heavy Weight Thai-Boxing Champion After a great carreer, being called 'Apollo' after Apollo Creed from the Rocky movies, ale became a teacher. While teaching Dale realized that his new techniques lacked traditional values and basics. Now Dale is a good teacher and true martial artist, combining his kickboxing skills with traditional Tae Kwon Do lessons he once began with. Dale's skills can be seen in some cool action movies, starring with martial artists such as Ron Hall, Chris Aguilar, WMAC-Masters' Bridgett 'Baby Doll' Riley and Steve Tartalia.
