Grandmaster Hee Il Cho earned his 1st degree black belt at the age of 13 and is now one of today's most respected martial artists with a 9th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, sharing knowledge for over 45 years and being an instructor for over 40 years. Master Cho has been inducted in almost every major Hall of Fame and trained people from all over the world, including some of the coolest celebrities.
Master Cho has been a National and International Champion. He has also been a Special Forces instructor for army units in India and Korea and brought out many instructional videos and books.
Master Cho appeared in some nice action movies. Master Cho is also a good friend and personal trainer of Daniel Bernhardt, with whom he worked in 3 movies.
