Me and Alec's First

Thanks to apple daily for the picture. Written by: Jing Yi Date: Saturday 28th 2001 Today I am very happy and excited. Guess why? Last night Alec Su aka You Peng came to Hong Kong and this afternoon I am going to see him in Kwai Fong. I haven't been to this place before and only found out that he was coming 3 days ago in a magazine.      When I got there at 11:00am only about 50 fans were there waiting for Alec which would have been about 2 hours from now.      It was held in a shopping mall but it was very hot and hardly had any air-condidtioning but the fans still waited there very paitiently. I found the best place I could to the stage, which was near some steps. There was steps on either side of the stage and so I had no idea which side Alec was going to come from. I talked to some fans that were also there waiting for Alec. Still had 1hr45mins to wait. They had changed the time further back maybe as Alec was too busy and couldn't come until later and so i had left 2 hrs spare for Alec to come and now I had wait an extra hour for him. But it was worth it seen as I may not get another chance to see Alec again in my whole entire life:-(      Then suddenly I heard 3-4 fans screaming in the background. Someone souted 'look! You Peng!' everyone started screaming. A few of the passer-bys came to look at what we were all screaming at. Then I saw a bunch of bodyguards around Alec coming towards my side of the stage. I was so happy that i had choosen that side to stand at:-) Everyone shouted 'You Peng!!!' 'You Peng' at the top of their voices. he walked passed me and waved I was trying to shake the 'You Peng' sign, wave back to Alec and take a picture of him without shaking at the same time. Alec went into the back of the stage to get ready for the hands-shaking function. Wow, he looked so different from the still photos you see in the shops. A lot more good-looking, cuter and very nice (personality). Once Alec dissappeared back stage all the fans went quiet again and started talking about Alec and where he had come from and how come no one knew. After about 5 mins a Hong Kong DJ from metroradio called Kawai came onto the stage and started talking. everyone was really too excited about Alec to listen to her 100%. Then she asked all of us : Who are you all waiting for? all fans: You Peng!!! Kawai: Let's welcome Su You Peng! Alec came out . once the fans hard that Alec was comin back out even when they couldn't see him yet we screamed our heads off anyway haha. Alec walked back onto the stage on my side but i couldn't get a good picture as he had people/press around him and to protect him. Underconstruction
