"Secondly, I wish all the remainder part of my personal property to be kept together until my youngest son, Charles Mastin Pearson, arrives to the age of twenty one years and then to be equally distributed share and share alike to all my lawful heirs. Thridly, as to my real estate that is to say my land, I leave it for the support of my helpless family until the above mentioned Charles Mastin Pearson arrives to the aforesaid age of twenty one years and then for my heirs to make an equal division betwixt themselves, share and share alike."
