RUEBAN DOOLEY LOGAN (CHARLES2, PATRICK1) was born 1814, and died 1829 in Indianapolis, IN.
Reuben D. Logan was something of a Democratic politician. He served 14 years as a judge of the circuit court in the district in which Rush County is situated. He was a member of the constitutional convention that framed the constitution in 1850, and afterwards was a member of the Senate. By profession he was a lawyer. He died in Indianapolis in 1890.

WILLIAM KNIGHT LOGAN (CHARLES, PATRICK) died 1888 in OR. He married PENROSE ? Abt 1848.
William K. Logan was for years a judge of the court of Nevada, after which he became a Methodist preacher and was engaged as such until he died in Oregon in 1888.

WILLIAM DIXON LOGAN (JAMES BENJAMIN, CHARLES, PATRICK) was born April 15, 1856, and died January 06, 1936 in Labette County, KS. He married MARY JANE LEWIS December 24, 1879 in Maiakucker, IN, daughter of Jacob Lewis and Esther Anne Hume Cadwallader. Mary Jane was born August 10, 1857. She is buried in the Harmony Grover Cemetery, Labette County, KS. Jacob F. Lewis was born December 20, 1830 and died June 20, 1891. Esther Anne was born August 6, 1826. They are both buried in the Harmony Grove Cemetery.

LEWIS DELBERT LOGAN (WILLIAM DIXON, JAMES BENJAMIN, CHARLES, PATRICK) was born July 30, 1880 in Dennis, Labette County, KS, and died June 05, 1963 in Mound Valley, Labette County, KS. Lewis is buried in the Harmony Grove Cemetery, Labette County, KS. He married (1) ROSA ELIZABETH HITE December 12, 1905 in Harley Mill, KY, daughter of John Hite. He married (2) ANNA CRUTCHFIELD.

FUNERAL TODAY
FOR L.D. LOGAN

MOUND VALLEY (JNS) - Sevices were conducted at the Sperry Funeral Home Chapel here today for Lewis D. Logan, 80, of Mound Valley, Route 3, who died Wednesday in Labette County Medical Center. Burial was in Hominy Grove Cemetery. (Harmony Grove)

Logan was born at Dennis on July 30, 1882. He was married to Rosa Hite in 1905 at Angola. She died in 1932. About six years ago he was married to Anna Crutchfield, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Raymond, Mound Valley; a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Billingsly, Hutchinson; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Logan worked for the Frisco Railroad several years ago and at the Kansas Ordinance Plant during World War II. Later he worked at the Sunflower Ordance Plant at DeSote, returning to Mound Valley in 1949.
