Bob Dylan

@ Vredenburg, Utrecht, Holland
- February 16, 1993
The concert started a bit strange, as the lights were
still on when Dylan took the stage and started playing the intro of I'm
Movin' On. When he started singing he noticed that his microphone didn't
work, took a step to his right away from the microphone (right in front
of me!!) and actually sung the first refrain there.
Dylan wasn't very enthousiastic, he spent most of the
time at the back of the stage, right in front of the drums, and only went
to the front when he had to sing.
There were no stories, introductions of the songs or
anything like that, actually the only time Dylan smiled was when he had
finished and bowed to the audience and left.
Still he gave a pretty good performance and it was cool
to see him play. It was my first Dylan concert. Recently I saw him again,
supporting his new (great!!!) album "Time Out Of Mind" He was a lot better
then, really into the songs and the show, singing very well and taking
Elvis poses!
