Walt Disney's 100th The Original Poem

Lady Liberty

I'm Lady Liberty
I come from France
They think I'm just a statue
They've never seen me dance

I've watched my city grow
For a hundred years
When I saw it attacked
It brought me to tears

I want to get off this platform
And walk through the city
And visit the ruins
Even though it's not pretty.

I wouldn't eat that fish
if I were you!
Lady liberty comes to life
when nobody's looking!

She's been waiting since 1912 for this!
