Heaven on Earth

If there was a way
To eliminate all hunger
To stop the decay of old age
And make people feel younger

To stop all the wars
And prevent unnecessary fighting
To change the attitudes of people
Who find it so exciting

To promote respect for others
And teach people to care
To show there's plenty of everything for everyone
And teach people to share

Any place is only as good
As the people who live there
It matters not what treasures they have
If they're not kind and respectful and fair

God created the planet Earth
To be a beautiful place
But when so many beautiful things are ignored
What does it say about the human race?
