Andy and Opie essay


Andy and Opie

Opie and Andy really showed me what faith is all about. When Opie was joking around with the horse, "Blackie", Andy knew that he was just joking and joined in with Opie's humor. When Opie was accused of lieing about Mr. Mcbeevee he still could not tell his father the lie. Andy uses belief and trust in Opie because nothing has ever happened with Opie before that would lead to him lying. Andy said the basic characteristics of faith after tellie Opie that he believed in him.

This show really gave me insight on how faith works. It showed me that if you use past history of a person it helps build or lessen your faith in that person. To have faith is to believe and trust because you never know when your premises could be false. Andy and Opie have given me a clear understanding of faith.
