Hello, and welcome to my page! Origami is something I've been doing for a long time, and that I enjoy a great deal. I folded in isolation for most of that time, collecting books and folding everything that interested me. I was always most interested in realistic-looking origami, which often (but not always) winds up being complex folds. I found an origami list on the internet in 1994, and learned a great deal from the contact with other folders from all over the world. One of the things that was new to me was something called "wet-folding", which sounded intriguing, and after a while, I gave it a try. Well, wet-folding opened up a whole new world for me, and I've been doing it ever since. | |
Why This Page? There are a lot of good origami pages out there, and there is also a lot of good information about wet-folding on the web already, so I'm not going to duplicate that effort, but link to it instead. This page will concentrate mostly on images of wet-folded models instead, since even though a lot of folks know what wet-folding is, they've never seen a wet-folded origami model. I also include some models that are not wet-folded. |
