Chen confers honor on Richard Bush President Chen yesterday conferred the Order of Brilliant Star with Grand Cordon to Richard Bush, commending his contribution to the enhancement of Taiwan-U.S. relations during his tenure at the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT).
