Lesotho Orders - All created in 1972:
Order of Dignity (Order of Moshoeshoe) - Ribbon is royal blue with narrow white stripes around each edge
The Order of Lesotho - Ribbon dark blue edged with narrow stripes of green and red.
The Distinguished Service Order (The Order of Ramatseatsane) - Ribbon is green bordered with red. The red borders are in turn bisected by a very narrow blue stripe.
Order of Achievement (The Order of Mohlomi) - Ribbon is royal blue edged in red. In the center of the ribbon are three narrow white-green stripes.
The Order of Makoanyane - Ribbon is Crimson with five center stripes of green, white, blue, white and green.
Mogae gets Lesotho's highest honour In recognition of his leadership in promoting peace, tolerance and good governance, Lesotho has bestowed upon President Festus Mogae of Botswana its highest honour: "The Knight Commander of the Most Courteous Order of Lesotho". The honour was bestowed upon Mogae by King Letsie III during a state banquet. Mogae said that he was humbled by the honour, which he described as magnificent and extraordinary. gov.bw19 Apr 04
