Order of Kuwait (Order of Ouissam al-Kuwait) This Order was established in 1974. Pictured to the far left is the second design for this order, being the 5th Class of the order with rosette. During the first Gulf War (1990), stocks of the original Order of Kuwait were destroyed, and when it came time to manufacture more, it was decided to create a new design and ribbon.
