Several orders seem to have been rolled into one in their article (the Orders of the Sun, the Lion and Sun and the Aghdas), probably because the Oajars used the word "Nichan" or "Nishan" to describe an order, a division within an order, as well as, classes within an order. Iran mullahs to reserve a medal for Mandela Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Javid Qorban Ughli said that former South African President Nelson Mandela's visit to Iran is on the agenda of the two sides. He refuted certain foreign media allegations about cancellation of the visit as sheer lie and noted the diplomatic channels are working out the exact date of the visit. "After Mandela's statement during trial of some Jews accused of espionage for Israel and his transparent stance on the court hearing, the mullahs' government decided to confer a special medal on him and subsequently he was invited to Iran for the medal awarding ceremony," he said. iranian.ws 24 Nov 04
