Décoration en Belgique de deux anciens combattants congolais de la guerre mondiale 1940-1945 President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and King Albert II of Belgium prior to the decoration of two former WW2 Belgian Congo veterans who fought with the Belgians. The King awarded the grade of Chevalier de l’Ordre de Léopold to Jérôme Sindano Molanga and Victor Elenga Esukamay. M. Sindano is the president of l’Union nationale des Anciens Combattants Congolais (UNACO) and M. Elenga is president of a similar association known as UNAPEMICO.
