Couple Docking
A couplet of wandering vessels,
anchored together for an ephemeral sojourn
in this aquamarine and verdant harbor
of a gentle summer afternoon.
Securely docked,
far from angry squalls.
Blessed by a captivating berth.
Breathing freely,
Basking in the sunshine of the day. Fleetingly animated and enlivened like sails full of playful breezes. A coupling evanescent as the clouds passing overhead.
